Shipping policy

CURRENT DROP NOTICE:

Shipping begins 7–10 business days after launch to ensure all Club members get a fair shot at the golden ticket. You’ll receive tracking once your piece is on its way home to you.

PRE-MADE U.S ORDERS WITH FREE SHIPPING:

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered. You can check your tracking number for updates or email us. 

PRE-ORDER U.S ORDERS WITH FREE SHIPPING:

Please allow up to 15-24 business days for your order to be shipped after the pre-order window closes. Please note that it will be clearly indicated on the product if it is a pre-order item.

LOST PACKAGES

Once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS or DHL we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We currently ship to select international countries via DHL Express and USPS International (rates are calculated at checkout).

Delivery times vary by country and carrier. Please note international shipping can take 7–21 business days depending on customs.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total.

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes, the order will not be refunded.
